1. Overview & Return Window
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Order Number).
*Please do NOT send your purchase back to the product manufacturer. All returns must be routed through our official customer support team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain types of goods cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or magazines).
- Intimate, sanitary, or personal care products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
3. Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is requested for return more than 15 days after delivery.
4. Returns & Exchanges Process
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

- Ship the Item Back: Once approved, please mail your product to our returns center:

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Seller Error / Defective Items: If the return is due to a product defect, damage upon arrival, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a pickup for you.
- Customer Preference / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal choice (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size ordered), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.) within a specified amount of working days, depending on your bank’s policy.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
