At Red Dot Gift, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and seamlessly as possible across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Rates

• Cut-Off Time: Daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (GST). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available within the UAE for a nominal processing fee of AED 5.25.
• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made daily except on Sundays and major UAE public holidays. Courier teams will call you prior to delivery.
• Remote Areas: Faraway or remote locations may incur additional shipping charges confirmed by our support team prior to dispatch.

2. Click & Collect (Store Pickup)

You can collect your items directly from our store located at Dragon Mart, Dubai with zero delivery fee.

How Click & Collect Works:

1. Select “Collect from Store” during checkout and complete your payment online.
2. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically ready for same-day collection. Please wait until you receive our official “Ready for Collection” email before arriving.
3. To collect your order, please present the “Ready for Collection” notification along with a valid ID (Emirates ID, Passport, or UAE Driving License).

Third-Party Collection & Holding Time:

• Designated Representative: If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present your “Ready for Collection” notification and their own valid ID.
• 7-Day Holding Period: Items will be held at our store for 7 days. Uncollected orders will be canceled and refunded to your original payment method.

3. Important Terms & Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the package at the provided address, a redelivery fee may apply.
• If we fail to deliver your order within 30 days of confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund.

Delivery & Return Policy – Oman

At Red Dot Gift, we offer international cross-border shipping directly from our Dubai warehouse to customers across Oman.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
